Concept projects

Three brands that don't exist. Three sites that could launch tomorrow.

This is our proving ground: fictional brands, real code. Each site has its own industry, palette, typography and idea for motion, and all of them are live. Open any one and scroll it end to end.

Concept projectFermentation workshop, Warsaw, 2026

KWAS

A website that ferments as you scroll.

A bright site for a pickle workshop, yellow-green like brine. The hero letters breathe along the typeface's width axis and react to the cursor, the jar lid unscrews on scroll and opens into a full-screen photo, and the jar in the services section ripens from cabbage green to beetroot red.

Idea

The page is a jar and scrolling is the days of fermentation. The progress bar is a pH strip, from 7.0 down to 3.4.

Worth trying
  • Letters that react to the cursor (variable width axis)
  • A lid unscrewed by scrolling that becomes a full-screen photo
  • A beetroot flood and a zoom through the letter Y into a photo
  • Scroll progress shown as a pH strip

Concept projectAstro-tourism, Bieszczady Mountains, 2026

Połonina Observatory

The whole sky in your browser, computed for a real latitude.

16,000 stars in WebGL, placed as they appear over Wetlina and turning around the Pole Star. Scrolling lengthens the exposure into star trails, switches off a city's light dome in the light-pollution section and lifts the camera toward the Milky Way. The cursor shows the real sky coordinates of any point.

Idea

The page is one night from dusk to dawn. A clock in the corner tells you the hour, and the whole site glows red, because that's how observatories work.

Worth trying
  • A WebGL sky driven by scroll from a single source of state
  • The number of visible stars grows as the sky gets darker (Bortle scale)
  • Constellations drawn line by line from real coordinates
  • A night calendar with the moon phase computed live

Concept projectJacquard weaving mill, Łódź, 2026

OSNOWA

A website that weaves fabric out of your scroll.

The warp threads in the hero can be plucked with the cursor like strings. A punch card perforates on scroll and spells out the brand, services slide sideways like unrolling bolts of cloth, and at the climax scrolling passes the weft through row by row until a jacquard message appears. In the CTA, any word you type instantly becomes a blanket pattern.

Idea

The page is a program for a loom: from an 1804 punch card, through the threads, to finished cloth and a care label.

Worth trying
  • Warp threads with string physics that react to the cursor
  • A horizontal services track pinned to scroll
  • Weaving a message row by row in canvas
  • A blanket pattern generator for any word
